AC Repair Terms & Conditions
Scope of services
These Terms & Conditions apply to HVAC work provided by Blue Ribbonauto, including AC repair, diagnostics, maintenance, and installation services. By booking an appointment or requesting service, you agree to the terms below.
Scheduling and access
Appointment windows may vary due to weather, parts availability, and emergency calls. You agree to provide safe access to the equipment, including indoor and outdoor units, electrical panels, and thermostats. A responsible adult must be present during service unless other arrangements are confirmed.
Estimates and approvals
Diagnostic fees, repair estimates, and recommended options will be shared before work begins whenever practical. Additional issues may be discovered during troubleshooting. Any change to scope or price requires your approval prior to continuing.
Payments and fees
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Past-due balances may be subject to late fees as permitted by law. Returned payments or chargebacks may incur additional processing costs.
Cancellations and rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, please provide reasonable notice. Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may result in a service charge to cover reserved time and dispatch costs.
Warranties and limitations
Labor and parts warranties, if offered, apply only to the specific work performed and may be void if equipment is altered, misused, or serviced by others after our visit. Normal wear, pre-existing conditions, and manufacturer defects outside our control are not covered unless stated in writing.
Liability and safety
We take care to work safely and professionally; however, we are not responsible for losses resulting from pre-existing equipment issues, hidden damage, unsafe site conditions, or delays caused by events outside our control. You agree to keep pets and work areas clear during service.
